A Personalized Training Plan reflects your personal goals and is implemented by:
- An Initial Consultation - the session allows me to get to know you and what you want from your training. This includes discussing:
- One to One Sessions - I coach you through your fitness training, helping you develop great techinique and confidence.
- Small Group Sessions - Want to train with some like minded friends? Bring them along too!
