Nutrition
Nutrition has become a very complex subject. Low fat, low carb, vegetarian, vegan, organic, high fibre, raw, grass fed, free range, pesticide free, no antibiotics, which is the right way?
I believe in going back to a simpler time. Eat whole foods, as little processing as possible. Eat clean, avoid artificial additives. Buy your food from reputable sources and prepare them in the simple methods of the past. Avoid packaged and prepared foods, avoid the microwave and avoid excesses.
You should not need a chemistry degree to understand what you are eating. Good In = Good Out

“I do think the way to a full and healthy life is to adopt a sensible system of 'small helpings, no seconds, no snacking, and a little bit of everything'. Above all – have a good time!” - Julia Child
